Summer in Paris 05

Its hard to go to Paris with a camera and not come out with some great photos. I decided to shoot with Sepia turned on, to add something extra to the photos. Here is a quick selection.

This photo actually won me an award.

I like this photo because at the time we were there, the city was filled with posters from the movie The Island, so i had to include it in one of my photos.

In the Autumn of 07, Dave, Gareth and me set out on a climbing trip to Fiordland in the NZ south. We took a lot of awesome pictures so it was hard to pick out a few. Here are some of them. Enjoy

Sara's photoshoot

My sister wanted a nice picture for her facebook account so I helped a little bit. In the course of two days we climbed up onto the roof of the house and took some pictures. We had fun posing as well as enjoying the scenery. Take a look and enjoy.






(at one point we got so into portraits that we forgot what was behind us. This image has not been edited. That is what the sky actually looked like. I took 5 different panoramas to capture the sky just right. i like it for its scale)

Went to a tennis tournament but the only thing that stood out was dad. He photographs well. And for the record, the towel around his head was: " for the heat... "

First Post

Welcome to my second blog,

I am a keen photographer and have been taking pictures for quite some time now. I've been posting them online, but have never dedicated any effort in posting only stuff that is really good. It's usually be-shadowed by generic quick snap photos.

This is why this blog exists. To post only the good pictures.
